To take off a bonnet lock, first, ensure the vehicle is off and the keys are removed from the ignition. Locate the bonnet release lever inside the car, usually found near the driver's seat, and pull it to release the initial latch. Then, go to the front of the vehicle, feel for the secondary latch under the bonnet, and push it to one side while lifting the bonnet gently. Always refer to your vehicle's manual for specific instructions related to your model.

To open the bonnet lock on a Falcon AU, first ensure the vehicle is in park and the ignition is off. Locate the bonnet release lever, which is usually found on the driver's side, near the footwell. Pull the lever to release the latch, then move to the front of the vehicle and lift the bonnet slightly. If the bonnet doesn't pop up, you may need to use a flat tool to press the latch mechanism under the bonnet while lifting it.
