After hitting your head, it's generally recommended to wait at least 15-30 minutes before sleeping to monitor for any symptoms like dizziness, confusion, or severe headache. If you experience any concerning symptoms, it's best to seek medical attention. If you feel normal and have no symptoms, you can consider sleeping, but be sure to have someone check on you periodically. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
There should be two holes in the side of the bed at the head end. Two long screws go into these and the 'legs' of the headboard are held in place with these. The 'legs' of the headboard generally have a channel cut in them to allow the legs to slide up and down so that the headboard can be adjusted fro height.

Wrought iron headboards look great, but they can be more difficult to clean than wooden headboards. You can keep your wrought iron headboard looking great for the long haul by dusting it regularly. If you see any rust on your headboard, you can use a bronze wool pad to clean the rust off. Avoid getting your headboard wet with cleaning sprays to minimize rust over time.
