Please get the name of our breed correct. It is Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and if you are seeing puppies for the prices you describe, you are not in touch with a reputable breeder. Every breed club has a website. Go to ours and look up breeders and the websites for all regional clubs. You are way, way off the mark!

A Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier from a reputable breeder can cost anywhere from about $1300 to $2500 depending on what area of the country you live. If you are seeing really low prices you are looking at backyard breeders and commercial breeders. Please don't settle for this. You would be better paying a nominal fee and rescuing a Wheaten who comes from "Wheatens In Need" or our National Club Rescue. Both are wonderful.
