I do not think that there is an animal that could have such a wide back bone but if there was one I believe it would be some sort of mutant animal with a genetic problem. There really isn't any way even an elephant could have such a wide backbone. Wait I've got it if there is anything with a vertebrae that size it would be a whale. But for some reason I still doubt that even a Great Blue Whale could have it but if anything does that would be it. Hope that helped you :)
