It's important to observe your kitten's behavior and consult with a veterinarian to determine the underlying cause and find a solution.

A litterbox, cat litter, food dish, water dish, some toys, and a nice place to sleep.
It is fairly easy. All you do is slowly place your cat's paws in the litterbox. Move her paws so to act like she is digging in the litter. Do this for a while, and she will begin to use it. Warning: Do not force your cat to come near the box! This will cause her to be scared of it, and will avoid the litterbox. Instead, do it nice and slow and gentle. If she struggles, which she will most likely do, gently but firmly hold onto her legs. Not too rough. If she tries to flee, let her go. Try it again a little later.
put the litter inside. also, if it is an open concept litterbox, try one with a top and flap. your kitten may just be shy. (mine was!)

you simply use treats and just try to train Kay, so, whenever the kitty goes and uses the litterbox, give it a treat and lots of attention. When it relieves itself on the carpet or something, be patient and say gently, "No treat,(Whateve the kitten's name is). Bad girl/boy." Soon, they'll get the hang of it, especially kittens that love attention.
Any type of box. Whether it be a cardboard box, or even a small plastic container. As a substitute for litter, you could use shredded newspaper. If this is a kitten, take their accidents and place it into the box, that way, they know where to go.

To prevent your kitten from jumping on the table, you can try using deterrents like double-sided tape or aluminum foil on the table surface, providing alternative elevated surfaces for your kitten to climb on, using a spray bottle to gently discourage the behavior, and consistently redirecting your kitten's attention to appropriate toys and activities. Consistency and positive reinforcement are key in training your kitten to stay off the table.
