Oh come ON that is impossible to get any kind of an accurate count; do you really think the testers would report all if any cases of death?
In Washington state from 2007 to 2008, roughly 1850 animals died due to animal testing :(
I have no clue.
Each year there is an estimate of 100 million animals so times that by 10 and you've got 1000 million animals dieing from animal testing! That alot of animals :/
13, 000 animals died due to animal testing in 2009. A majority of these deaths were due to cross breeding, as scientists try to create more animal species.(cross breeding is when scientists combine two genes from two different animals.)
There is about 17,000
Many animals are dieing and that is were animal testing the animals comes in for good purpose. The purpose of improving human life instead of sacrificing a human you give up an animal. There are so many animals in the world and animals are still producing more. Think about it "It's you or the animal."
Many are, but it depends on what type of animal it may be.
There are many side-effects to testing in animals such as permanent brain damage, cancer, and even death.
Approximately 12 .1 million animals are used a year for testing.
In a 12 year span, as much as 100 million animals died from testing. Equally chilling is the treatment of exotic animals for their fur and meat. an example: Huntingdon played a big role in the testing that took place to bring Splenda to the market. An estimated 12,800 animals died in the process according to a published report in a recent scientific journal. The time span for this was only about 1-2 years
