People can be manipulated, i think you can also manipulate a system like the government or like welfare?
No,thats like saying since you on welfare you cant buy a nice iphone that people that arent on welfare sould be able to buy.
It depends on your stance on the subject. If you are against welfare you should say something like "Welfare is a negative aspect of the governments social programs due to the obvious problems of... blah blah blah" whereas if you are for it you should go with something like, "Welfare is a great program that assists many and benefits society as a whole because of... blah blah blah." You might have a more specific idea for the paper, so lead with that in the thesis. The thesis is really just the main arching idea of the entire paper summarized in a sentence you put in the first paragraph. actuallyy, a thesis statement should not have an opinion in it, and its suppose to like tell pretty much what your talking about through out the report so if it was about welfare and you said welfare was bad because .... .... .... and like say reasons why it was bad and you should explain about the reasons with more detail in the report.
Words that are proper nouns are always capitalized. Welfare should only be capitalized when it is used at the beginning of the sentence or when it forms part of the proper noun.
Yes,he does. It shows that he cares about you.probably if he does not, there is no reason why he should ask about your welfare.
the iron triangle of welfare is the obligation to carry out taskes while on welfare not to abuse it like we do nowadays
Republicans believe their money shouldn't go toward welfare because everybody has a chance at life, so why should they have to pay for the people who didn't get it right. But they do think that state government money should go to programs like that.

strict gun control laws, more money allocated for welfare programs, and more lenient laws on immigration
