They are usually captured from the wild or bought from breeders of some sort. Labratories may consistently buy new victims from breeders, or they will get a few, either from the wild or a breeder, and inbreed them for generations. Horribly, these animals are nothing short of tortured and almost never get a breath of fresh air from the second they are put in a lab cage. :(
animal testing disgusts me it is horrible. sometimes 'scientists' cut the top of a monkeys head open to view their brain. doesn't sound that bad does it well they are not sudated, the monkeys are awake the whole time. see i told you animal testing is disgusting.

So endangered animals aren't used in animals testing. Animals used in animal testing are species like rats, rabbits, dogs, some species of monkeys. All animals that can be easily bred in captivity. And not at all endangered as a specie.
Clever titles for animal rights news articles can be tricky to come up with. One could be 'Taking Control of Dog Fighting in America' would be a catchy title.
