North Africans are usually of Arabian descent, and because of the saharan desert, there is a huge culture difference in the two areas. North Africa does not have the epidemics/ diseases, and issues that Sub- saharan Africa does, because they do not have the same type of government. There is a lot more technology and education in North Africa, while Sub- Saharan Africa is more tribal.
