Unfortunately, some people are raised without learning proper etiquette. Both, many men and women are absolutely clueless about callus behavior at the expense of others. Just as these individuals "stand up" people at their own whim, they probably are irresponsible in their other affairs, as well. Such as, properly cancelling a doctors appointment, or being on time to places such as work. Dont ever take the actions of this type of individual as a response to "you." He or she is just a thoughtless, irresponsible person that you really don't want to associate with, anyway.
