The Kennedy counter stamp was not done by the U.S. Mint. It's a novelty coin that has no numismatic collectible value at all.
Not much, such a coin was not produced by the US mint and was done outside of the mint which pretty much ruins all collector value. Serious collectors will view it as a damaged coin (and 1977 pennies aren't worth much anyways) and it is worth a cent to collectors and perhaps a bit more to someone who collects Kennedy or Lincoln memorabilia but no serious coin collector would buy it for any more than a penny.

Nothing, none were made. Your coin is plated. It would be "cents-less" to make a penny out of silver because it would be worth more than a dollar.
1865 would make it an early Indian head penny, not a Lincoln wheat penny. It's not the rarest of dates. In worn condition it's worth around $10, and in uncirculated condition it's worth a little over $100.
1918 is not a rare date for Lincoln cents. In circulated condition, it's worth about 5 cents. A nice uncirculated one is worth about $20
The 1923 s Lincoln wheat penny of which about 8.7 million were minted is worth between 3 and 400 dollars American currently depending on condition. Condition relates to value in almost all coins. One in good condition as would be expected if found in circulation in your change would be about $3.50.

The intrinsic value of a 1952 penny would be 0.93 cents at the approximate current value of copper. As for its numismatic value, that varies from year to year. Currently it might be worth as much as $4.00 in excellent condition, otherwise it might be worth around fifteen cents.
It is worth a penny.
