Pontiac LeMans was created in 1962.
You can transplant most any motor into your Pontiac, which had a gm block originally by the way.
Weight on my Pontiac LeMans Sport registration is 3800
I have a 1991 LeMans, all I had to do was go to Autozone.
The GTO, a small racing car, was originally made by Ferrari in 1962. When the Pontiac division of GM decided to make a similar vehicle, they adopted the moniker GTO and released the Pontiac GTO in 1964, based on the Pontiac LeMans model. Based on the LeMans and Ventura models, Pontiac released the GTO until 1974. The Pontiac GTO was rereleased in 2004 but due to low sales, production stopped in 2006.
If the car originally had a Pontiac V8, everything will fit, all Pontiac V8s have the same external dimensions. There are some differences in mounting brackets from different years, but they are usually easily solvable.
I have a 1990 Pontiac LeMans with a 1.6 Daewoo motor. The firing order is 1-2-4-3
A 225/70/15 will fit a 66 LeMans....but I think the only diameter wheel available for the LeMans back then was originally 14". I could be wrong about this.
.
You don't
My 69 LeMans has blue interior and is silver with a blue vinal top.
24-inch rims will indeed fit on a 1973 Pontiac LeMans. The tires would have to be closer to low profile model, however.
