No, the mechanics behind IVs and EVs have not changed in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, they have remained the same as they were in Pokémon Platinum.
There are two radio towers in Pokemon HeartGold (and SoulSilver). The radio tower that is taken over by Team Rocket is in Goldenrod City. The other radio tower is in the Kanto Region in Lavender Town, which you will need to visit to wake up the Snorlax in Vermilion City.in lavender town and goldenrod city
In Pokémon HeartGold, no you cannot change your date on the DSi in order to speed up the time you have to wait for the necessary blocks or for the necessary steps in order to make certain Pokémon to appear in the Safari Zone. The game will detect any time changes and in the case of the days for the Safari Zone in Pokémon HeartGold, if the time is changed then the days will be reset back to zero.
The Map that Changed the World was created in 2001.
the concept of fun- filled vacation has changed
Over time, houses have changed in many ways. Some ways that houses have changed are, the materials made to build them, how many stories they have, and how many rooms are within them.
Well they quality and colour has improved SO MUCH. And I believe the storyplot has been changed the slightest bit. The Pokegear hs been changed. And insted of the girl in Crystal, there is a new female starter character, Lyra. Sinnoh Pokemon had been added. (You can add them to your teams from D/P/Pl). HeartGold and SoulSilver have great improvements, get the game,
Pokemon soul silver is better then Pokemon heart gold - Well I can't say, because I've only played soulsilver. Soulsilver is AWESOME. Just so you know :D But I have a lot of Pokemon-obsessed friends who've played both, and most of them say soulsilver is better. But they're basically the same game (with a slightly different plot), except in Soulsilver, the main legendary Pokemon is Lugia, and in Heartgold it's Ho-oh. So, which do you like better, Lugia or Ho-oh? Or if you can find a large price difference I'd buy the cheaper one, but I think they cost about the same. Anyways I would go with soulsilver, but they're basically the same so it really doesn't matter. PS: you can get it with or without the pokewalker- I would definitely get it with the pokewalker
No, the language on Pokémon HeartGold cannot be changed to another language if you're playing a different language game except through means that aren't legit.
Yes, it will engage into battle when awaken. In Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, it will be level 50 with the moves Rest, Snore, Body Slam, Rollout. The same applies to Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver, except with a changed moveset to Crunch, Rollout, Giga Inpact, and Block.
To get Pokesav, go to http://www.projectpokemon.org/ After going there, go to "Editing" Section, click Pokesav, and finally, go to Download. Currently, there is one for Diamond/Pearl, Platinum, and HeartGold/SoulSilver. Each one is for that game(s) only. You can check regularly to see if it is upgraded. Currently, Pokesav for HeartGold/SoulSilver has a problem. If you were to edit a Pokemon, it would say only Diamond/Pearl/Platinum locations, however, the Japanese version has changed locations. See http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pokesav for more info.

Deoxys (Referenced As Pokemon #386 In The National Pokedex) changes forms via a variety of methods. In Ruby and Sapphire Deoxys will appear in Normal form, In LeafGreen it is shown in its defense form, FireRed shows the Pokemon in its Attack form and Emerald Shows it in its Speed form. Diamond, Pearl and Platiunum versions, Deoxys can be changed by increasing any of its Speed, Attack or Defense stats to change it to that specific type. To return it to normal type all stats need to be even/level. With HeartGold and SoulSilver Deoxys can be changed by coming into contact with certain meteorites in one of the main cities.
Kanto, the games that have kanto are in the order of new to old: pokemon heartgold & saoulsilver pokemon leaf green & fire red pokemon crystal pokemon gold & silver pokemon yellow: special pickachu version pokemon red & blue
If you do not drive it often, I would recommend getting it changed every 3 months. That is what many mechanics tell you to do.
There's a different way of rebattling trainers in HGSS. After beating certain trainers, you talk to them to get their phone number. You call them on certain days for a rematch. Or if they haven't changed it since Gold, they'll call you.
