Simply put, no, not safely. Any leak or damaged part can become worse, you would lose all pressure and your breaking system would fail.

On my s-10 my rear brake line was leaking and eventually it got worse and all of a sudden no brakes! Eventually you will get way to much air in your system and it fails. Mine failede at the wrong time going 50 mph

ANS 2 - Simply put, as you say - any leak or damaged seal WILL definitely get worse ! - If you become aware of ANY leak of brake fluid you should drive right back home (if you repair your own) -or to the nearest brake shop.

In this condition your vehicle has become dangerous to you and anyone in front of you !
