I'm not sure about vicodin but I recently went for my 7th tattoo and nearly passed out it was so sore, once the outlines were done I was defeated. I couldn't no more. When I went back for it to be finished a week later, I used a cream called Emla. Pure pleasure, I could feel the work being done but there was no pain. I applied the cream 20 minutes before time, wrapped by back in clip wrap and just let the cream absorb. I managed to sit for two hours before the effect of the cream started wearing off.
Yes you can, if you want to endure more pain than is necessary...You are much better off just relaxing and let it happen... Remember Life is Pain, a tattoo is only a tattoo.. Hope this helps......
You can find information about getting a tattoo on your foot online through websites such as WebMD and Whole Addiction Tattoo. Generally it is the same process as receiving a tattoo elsewhere but more pain is involved because of the thinness of the skin.
Absolutely not. Ibuprofen is the generic name for Motrin. You need a lot of it, and it takes too long to work. It's primary pain relief function is as an anti-inflammatory. Vicodin (hydrocodone) is a Schedule III opiate analgesic, used for mild - moderate pain. Vicodin, like most opiate derivatives, work on the pain receptors to alter pain perception.
just do it... no alcohol/pain meds nothing works...i got my last name all the way down my side as my first tattoo and im 16 ... ____________________________________________________________________ Just bite the bullet and do it...

is there anything vicodin can't help with? people if your getting a tattoo, its gonna hurt. That is the point, it is supposed to hurt. dont get one if you dont like pain.
No. Vicodin is an opioid (narcotic) analgesic. (Blocks pain) Cyclobenzaprine is a tricyclic muscle relaxant. (Relaxes muscles that may be causing pain.) Both are used to reduce pain but uses different chemical mechanism to produce different physiological effects to reduce pain
No, the active ingredient in Vicodin (Hydrocodone) acts on the nervous system as a whole to reduce pain, and should therefore work for pain in any part of the body.
He takes a lot of Vicodin.
Yes I have two, and yes it is a similar feeling I would imagine. The amount of pain depends on the area you are getting the tattoo and your pain tolerance though. Josh_af
it's not like it takes the pain away it numbs it a tiny bit so the skin is not irritanted
No, infact it makes you bleed more.
For pain, Vicodin, for drug addiction treatment, methadone
vicodin is used to help with server pain
Ummmm that's a no. When you go to get a tattoo, they make you sign a waiver saying that you basically are completely sober. My tattoo artist told me that Tylenol only helps pains like headaches, etc..., so if you can't deal with the pain....don't get one :)
Opiates block the pain signals to the brain - therefore the the brain has reduced sensitivity to the pain.
