To make your search easier any autoparts store should have a chiltons manual on your car that will show most everything you need, sorry I couldn't supply you with one myself.
The solenoid is on the starter.
If you mean the starter will not turn over the engine, check the battery. vbd
probably a TH700, but take a look underneath
If it turns over very slowly, check for bad battery and ground connections. It should turn over quickly if you jump start it. If it doesn't, the battery connections are bad and/ or the battery is bad.
