Why? You never remove the jewellery in a fresh piercing to clean it, you clean the piercing and jewellery in place while in the shower, that should be more than enough. You can do damage to the new tissue trying to form by removing the jewellery, your written aftercare instructions should out line how to care for your new piercing.

It depends but usually no longer than 2 weeks. Most people say 1 week for soreness.
my lip piercing is in the center of my lip and it never gets in the way of anything....lol i had the typical hoop on the side of my lip and it got in the way of EVERYTHING! and was just uncomfortable.
Labret can be used to describe any lip piercing but it's most commonly used to reer to center lower lip piercings. Labret post jewelry can be worn in any lip piercing and even ear piercings.

For your upper lip, Left is a monroe piercing. The bottom lip could just be a lip piercing, or labret piercing.
If it's just been pierced, then that's normal :) just make sure you clean it properly (your piercer should have told you how to clean it), and don't take it out
