No, too much fuel already. Prop open the butterflies in either the Carburetor or the one on the Mass Air Flow sensor and let it evaporate for about 30 minutes then you can use ether.
ether do the best you can or use a roler
check for spark first by holding a plug lead end 1/4 inch away from an earth crank engine , you should feel and see a blue spark. if ok ,remove plugs.itll dry itseft out in half an hour. refit plugs and try again.. To start a flooded engine put the accerlator on the floor do NT pump, and start kicking it over. if it gives you a realy hard time and to save your battery, give it a rest for 10 minutes then try again.
Do dont use a panasonic. The file type the camera uses can't be edited except by ether using really difficult to use programs or by professionals.
Set the heater control to hot. Now start the engine with the radiator cap off. Run the engine until you see no more air bubbles escaping from the radiator. If the engine has bleeder valves on the cooling system use them to remove trapped air.
Keeping the plug wire out of the way, Start the engine. In a few minutes the engine pressure should push out the porcelain center from the plug. At this point you can use a tool called an easy out to remove the threaded part of the plug.
NO unless you use to much in one shot it could bend your push rods (vapor lock) little amounts of ether will not harm it oh ya one more thing never use ether if you are using the glow plugs
It depends on how badly the engine is flooded. If you've solved the original problem you can always pull the plugs, purchase an air gun with a long extension tube, connect it to a compressor and blow each cylinder completely dry. Make sure you mark the sparkplug wires first, so you'll be able to get them back where they were. Or... if it's just moderately flooded you can use some starting fluid to force the engine to start. Ether in the starting fluid is a lot more volatile and will burn when gasoline won't. If it were me, I'd try the starting fluid first and if that doesn't work THEN I'd escalate to compressed air in the cylinders.
Ether is alot more flammable! Dont use too much, it is hard on your engine and can be dangerous! The reason your truck wont start is most likely because of a dirty jet in your carb, or your fuel pump is bad.
Destroys push rods, valves, rocker arms, and pistons if valves drop into cylinders, DO NOT EVER use ether!
Your engine is flooded so hold the throttle wide open and crank it over until you hear it start or fire then use the normal way you start it and you should be good to go.
if this a cold weather start, u need to either use a block heater to keep engine warm, park in a shed, or give a 2 second squirt of starter fluid(ether) into the air cleaner before ya try to start if ether makes it start quickly it is cold weather problem
I use to have this problem, Most of the time the noise that make it sound like a whistle or Turbo noise. Its the seals are leaking its ether header or Manafold. Get a new gasket for ether of those. Use a Brake Spray to test it out!
It adds fresh air, leaning out a rich mixture. Think of it as the opposite of a chock. Many riders use it every time they start a warm bike. Others only use it when they stalled or flooded their engine. Pull the lever as you kick and release it once the bike kicks over.
An Ether is sprayed into the air intake to start a stubborn engine. It may also be added to the fuel in race cars for extra power. also, Ether is used as a anesthetic for surgery - they started using Ether to replace chloroform which is very toxic
you can use it in a fuel injected gasoline engine. keep it away from diesels and two strokes. but if you're having that much trouble getting a f.i. engine started you might have it taken somewhere
gas
I believe the French were first to utilize Ether as analagesic and anesthetic.
