I think you are thinking of the film Psychomania, made in 1972, which featured a biker gang called The Living Dead. This was released by the Rank Organisation and was one of very few British biker movies made, and was almost unique as being a supernatural thriller as well. Nicky Henson starred as gang leader Tom, with Mary Larkin as his girlfriend Abby and Beryl Read as Tom's white witch mother. George Sanders played her butler Shadwell (sadly this was his last film- he committed suicide later that same year). Robert Hardy took the role of the police inspector. A full cast list and synopsis can be found on the web- just Google 'Psychomania' to find out more. Although the film has been derided and ridiculed in recent years, it is nonetheless a remarkable and very atmospheric work, showing considerable ingenuity, and is one of my favourite movies!

Actually the Movie is called "Psychomania" or "Walton-on-Thames". I saw it under the 1st name. It was done in the UK and the gangs name was The Living Dead"
