Wards, WesternField did sell at least one line of pistols, I have one, a WesternField Model 5. This is a nice simi auto, clip fed, made by Unique Fire Arms of France. This is all I know about this pistol but I sure would like to learn a lot more. Hope this helps a little. Wards also some some Iver Johnson .22 revolvers. The WesternField 75 is basically the Iver Johnson 'Sealed 8' revolver.

I believe the company that actually made the model XNH-804 was called Noble.
James Spacek wrote a book called "Hi-Standard Pistols & Revolvers 1951-1984" that will have information.
Hi-Standard Pistols & Revolvers 1951 - 1984 by James Spacek would be your best souce. The Field King was made from 1954-57. This link will take you to a copy of the manual - http://stevespages.com/pdf/sig_p226.pdf

Both revolvers...one six shot and one seven shot revolver. Bacon arms does have a few different pistols with octagonal barrels, but only two 22 cal (at least that I came across)

You didn't specify which numbers. The field numbers are 2,3,4,9,10,11,12. The numbers that are not in the field are 5,6,7,8
Trying to find serial numbers for a western field shotgun would prove to be very difficult. There were many makers of shotguns for the montgomery wards company.some of these include mossberg, savage, stevens, and noble. It would be best if you include the western field model number of your shotgun and then we can convert that number to the original maker of your shotgun. Then we would be able to find the makers model number. You must remeber that prior to the gun control act of 1968 weapons were not required to have serial numbers on them.
The Western Field Model 59/59A is one of a family of .22 rifles manufactured by Savage. Check www.e-GunParts.com for a schematic of the Savage 6A, 6AB and 6C for a comparison and parts numbers.
