"Stronger" heart rates generally denotes a slower heartbeat. As a whole I believe men do as they're more physically adept (on average). Obviously this cannot apply to individuals or even different races (it is known that people of African descent generally have more heart problems, not to be racist).
when resting the average adult human heart beats about 70 bpm (males) and 75 bpm (females).
my hypothesis(an educated guess)is that girls have a higher resting heart rate...i dont know yet but i will tell you soon!
boys do have a higher heart rate, its weird that they do because girls have smaller hearts so you would think they would have higher but they don't.
I'm pretty sure a girl has a faster heart rate because when women are pregnant, a faster heart rate means they're having a girl.
yes, girls have higher heart rate than boys
Yes, girls usually have a higher heart rate then guys.
Girls have a higher one.
Higher heart rate means a higher flow of nutrients and oxygen to the muscles, which they need to function.
Because of high metabolic rate.
Girls do. Boys have slightly larger hearts, chests, and lungs which make breathing for them a little better. That why the can run faster and longer than girls.
An ideal range to aim for when exercising, calculated using the maximum heart rate formula
Generally, a normal heart rate for a average adult while resting is 60 to 100 beats per minute. It also depends on if you have any diseases and birth defects.
70-100
When you are exercising your heart rate goes up, because your heart is pumping faster.
Higher heart rate means a higher flow of nutrients and oxygen to the muscles, which they need to function.
You'd be at a higher risk for heart attack, stroke, various cancers, diabetes and dementia.
Because of high metabolic rate.
exercising,walking,eating.......
Exercising
To compensate for the body requiring more oxygen because of exercising
i actually just saiyin that you can search the resting heart rate and maybe it'll show the exercising one
Your Heart
if that's your resting heart rate, then it's bad. If it's a working heart rate it's probably OK
yes they are,men have a higher rate
