Everybody has a birth certificate. but its been a couple thousand years and I'm pretty sure there's no birth certificate this present day. Make one up if you need it for a class project.

Fake birth certificate >open web browser to Google> search "birth certificate format"> click on one of the links> open word docuement> copy & paste> print> fill it out> make copy to look like it was printed long ago. :)

What was Leonardo da Vinci's birth name?

Leonardo da Vinci's was often referred to as Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci. Which simply means Leonardo son of Piero, of (from) Vinci. His last name is unknown for several reasons, perhaps because there was no need for last names, or maybe because he was an illegitimate child. Regardless, Leonardo's last name isn't in recorded history, as he went by and signed all his work simply as "Leonardo".
