In answer to your question, yes, they do occasionally give discounts on veterans. It really depends what kind of veteran you're after. The best looking veterans are rarely discounted, usually sell at full retail price, so your best option is to look out for veterans that show signs of being past their use-by date, wrinkled/damaged packaging, parts missing etc. Other than that, veterans are often discounted across the entire stock around the start of the year when Christmas is over and there is less demand for them.
