Well you might try a place called Kooks headers. They specialize in custom built headers for all applications. I will tell you that this company is regarded as one of the best so be prepared so shell out the cash. Good luck with your search!

No they wont due to the steering column being close to the engine and leaving not much room for headers
Headers can be obtained and put on a ZX2, but I know of no one who makes a header for the standard Escort.
The only company to sell headers made for this car is a company called Ford Power Train. Very high quality headers that are built very well. Just google the name and you will find there site.
