The smallest camera is a miniature copy of a Kodak folding camera made to dollhouse scale (1"= 1') for the Queen's dollhouse. It is supposed to be fully functional, but I doubt anyone has ever tried running film through it. The smallest marketed camera was probably the Japanese Petal camera from about 1948. The smallest movie camera was the cigarette pack-sized Bolsey 8 from about 1956.
it is called a thermogram
They would make a panorama
A compact camera is only different from a standard camera in size. Using a compact camera is no different from using a standard sized camera.

Yes, there are different camera lens' for different cameras. Not all cameras have different camera lens' though and that is because they have an automatic focus. A more detailed and expensive camera should have different lens' since they are for more detailed photographer work than for the regular consumer.
Yes, you can simply run the audio and video outputs from The Singing Machine into your VCR and record the entire performance to enjoy at a later time.

DVDs may use different angles for different functions/features, but The Sixth Sense uses it for alternate narrative caption languages. Angel 1 shows the opening credits and film captions like the storyline locations/narratves (NOT the subtitles) in English. Angle 2 displays them in French (i.e. about 10 minutes in to The Sixth Sense: "THE NEXT FALL" & "SOUTH PHILADELPHIA" vs. "L'AUTOMNE SUIVANT" & "PHILADELPHIE SUD"). This may not be what you meant, but in case you were asking about the two different camera angles on the DVD...there you go.
