How Would you go about lifting a Shed That's 16x12 Entirely off the ground about 2'?

To lift a building, for example to level it, to move it, or to repair it, usually involves digging out trenches to allow access so that jacks can be carefully positioned under structural members. The building can then be jacked up. This requires expert knowledge and slow careful work as there is a risk of the building collapsing, breaking or tipping.
In the discussion you mention that the bottom foot or so of the shed is rotting. This will make lifting it more difficult and risky, because some of the structure may be weakened. Even though the shed is not really large, it is still capable of seriously injuring you if it fell. It may be possible to build a temporary structure attached to points that are still strong and to lift the shed using this.
