Looking at the car from the front, the petcock is on the lover right hand side of the radiator. It doesn't twist, rather pulls out. Pull it toward the engine and it should open.
Simple trace your positive cable off your battery to a LILLTLE BOX AND THATS YOUR COIL. tAKE THE NEG OFF your battery. Then disconent all the hot wires on the coil then there should be a couple nuts holding it on the finder well take them off and replase it. Est. time 15 min.

There are two fuse boxes on a 1998 Intrigue. One is under the hood, on the passenger side near the battery. The other is inside the cabin. If you open the passenger door, there is a panel on the end of the dash. There should be a slot on it that you can get your fingers into then just pull it off.Hope this helps.

In a 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue the fuse box can be opened by either using a screwdriver or your finger and placing it in the hole and popping it out. Even if you use a screwdriver on the panel nothing will be harmed. It will simply pop back in when done.

Oh, dude, the radiator plug for a '98 Oldsmobile 88 is like, usually located at the bottom of the radiator. It's this little thing that you can twist open to drain the radiator fluid. Just make sure your car's cooled down before you go poking around down there, unless you're into steam burns, I guess.
