There's a plastic cover on the top of the engine, between the timing covers. You need to remove the screws securing this cover, to gain access to the spark plugs. A long 10 mm AF box wrench, will be needed to extract and refit the spark plugs.
Remove the spark plug wires. Turn the spark plugs to the left with a deep well 5/8 socket. The spark plugs will come out. Reverse the process with the new spark plugs.

Changing spark plugs is relatively easy. Disconnect the batter and spark plug cables, and remove the old spark plugs. Next replace the spark plugs with new ones, reconnect the spark plug cables and battery.

I suggest you install OEM AC/Delco plugs.
I believe there is a slightly finned top on this motor (quad 4). remove the bolts on this and it should remove the finned plate, giving access to the spark plugs underneath.
