You will need a container, which can be as simple as a water-tight lidded jar, or as elaborate as a snow-globe making kit, with the traditional glass ball, plug and base.
You can make "snow" by crushing egg shells, or choose a white/black/silver or gold confetti or sparkles at a hobby store.
If you are using the lidded jar, after you assemble the design (which must be waterproof), put some waterproof glue or a light beading of clear caulk on the threads of the jar lid, and close it quickly before the glue/caulk dries. You may wish to design the snow globe so that the base is the lid, in which case you will build your design on the inside of the lid and let the glue dry completely before putting in liquid (upside down of course.)
A kit to make a snow globe will have specific instructions to assist.
If there is a visible "plug" (about the size of a pencil eraser) in the bottom, you can try to gently pry it out, and then flush the globe and add clean liquid. However, most glass globes have a large plug that fills the entire base, and once sealed, almost impossible to remove.
Most people either live with the globe as is, or break the glass globe and replace the outer glass and liquid if the interior is discolored.

You can try forcing water through it with a garden hose. If that does not work you will need to replace it.

Find out where the crack or leak in the item is and then use underwater glue to seal the crack. To finish sealing up the snow globe use a silicone sealant around the base and then let dry for twenty four hours.
If cloudy water exists when a person has their own well, perhaps a water softener should be installed to help clear up the water. A person can try a small water softener under the sink for a few days to see if this clears up the water before purchasing.

It's cloudy because it depends what fishes you have like a tank with a filter it cleans it all the dirt out or you have for example a betta fish they can have a cloudy tank cuz of their food. So your tank is cloudy because you don't have a filter and chemicals for clear water. Hope it helps.
The first thing to do would be to test for the Total Alkalinity. If it is not within the 60-120 range the water will be cloudy and nothing will clear it up except adjusting it. Another thing would be to chemically clean the filter. Baquacil recommends that you chemically clean it at least once a month, if the filter is clogged up it could cause the pool to be cloudy. The last resort would be to add the Flocculant.
