Try the web site Faerie Muse. There are instructions on how to make cellophane faerie wings. You may find your answer here. Or, type in where to buy cellophane wings and search. I was able to find a couple of web sites that explained how to make cellophane wings. Also, on YouTube there is a gal making these type of wings and she has I think 6 different parts....because it took her a few tries to figure out how to get cellophane to adhere. Hope this helps. B

Most flashers and or fuses are located on or near the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side. , EzForJesus PS the flasher itself may act as a fuse or the fuse may be intergrated to interact with other components as well. If your fuse panel is not marked take them out and check them one at a time and put them back making sure not to put the wrong fuse in another plug or socket.

Why does the 15 amp fuse blow on 1992 Chevy s10?

"The 15 amp fuse" does not describe the circuit that the fuse is protecting. A fuse is there to protect the wiring in case a device fails. For example, if the fuse is protecting the fuel pump circuit, it's probable that the fuel pump has failed and is drawing too much current. That would be the circumstance with whatever circuit the fuse is protecting; there is either a damaged wire and it is making contact with the frame.
