Hi,

I have just done both front fenders on my 95 RAM 3500 pickup.

It's quite a long job, so be prepared for to be at it for the best part of a day,

All the bolts need to be removed along the inside edge of the fender(under the hood), then there are about 6 bolts next to the radiator, then the welds have to cut(about 20 of them, where it joins the inner fender)I went to my local autobody supply and bought a special drill bit to cut the spot welds out with. This special bit cuts through the first layer of metal and leaves the inner fender intact. Mine cost about 6 dollars Canadian, and is worth every penny. You can try to get all the welds out without removing the inner fender, but it's really tricky. I took both the inner and outer fender out together and found it's actually quicker than not taking the inner fender out. The welds are easier to cut, if you use a dot punch and give them a good strong dot in the middle to keep the drill from wandering around.Oh yeah, you'll also need to remove the plastic inner fender liner before you can remove the main fender.

You'll want to use a MIG welder to re-attach the inner fender. I drilled holes along the edge of the new outer fender, clamped it to the inner fender, the filled the holes with the MIG(simulates the original spot welds)
