Well...the first step is to remove the old fender. To start, you will need to remove the hood. There shouldn't be many hood bolts, but it would be advised to have some help holding the hood. Once you have this done, start removing the fender bolts. Be sure to remove any bolts or screws in the fender wells and ground affects (if on the body). Once you have all this done, pull the fender loose (don't force it off, theres always that one bolt you missed) and once its free, just reverse the process to get the new fender on.

Turn on that fast blinking signal light and check to see if the front and rear signal lights are both working, chances are you have a burned out bulb. If both front and rear bulbs are flashing fast, replace the flasher relay.

I think there is no 96 Trans Am. The Trans Sport module is on the rear center of the engine. Remove and replace it with standard US or metric tools. There are three electrical plugs to remove from socket. The Trans am didnt die till 2002 there was one in 96.
