vaccuum system and leak check
properly add correct type and amound of compressor oil
properly add refridgerant
Any air compressor that can achieve and hold 100psi will run an air gun. the larger the tank the more lugs you can remove before the compressor will need to run again.
you have to take it to a shop that can professionally drain the refrigerant from the compressor. It is very hazardous stuff and CAN NOT be drained into the air, it has to be captured. Then you just have to unbolt the compressor. You may have to remove the radiator first.
The compressor is located in a compartment in the left front wheel hub. To access it you have to remove the air cleaner and the washer fluid reservior.
It compressed the refrigerant. It may also have an air compressor if the vehicle has an air ride system.

Well if its not blowing cold air, you should try the more obvious choice which is checking if its gas is there, if theres a gas leak then no cool air will blow out. This can be a very easy fix. Now if its not that it can maybe be the compressor. It could be that theres a broken seal in the compressor. The best bet is to take it to someone who knows what theyre doing

The air conditioner/compressor sits on the front passenger side on top of the fender. Remove the water reservoir and then you can disconnect and remove the air compressor. I do not know yet how to remove the air dryer as I cannot see how to remove the air lines from the dryer. I did remove the dryer from the compressor though, by removing a single screw then turning the 1/4 turn and pulling it out of the compressor....so at worst I will be able to put my new compressor in with the old dryer.
