You will need to reach up into the cowl panel with a 10mm wrench and turn the bolts a thread at a time.
Unless you have the proper equiptment, and expertise do not attempt to paint the hood yourself or you will be sorely dissapointed in the results. Remove the hood and take it to a trusted body shop and let them professionally paint it for you.
There should be a sticker under the hood either in front of the radiator or the underneath side of the hood itself. If you still cannot find it look in your owners manual.
