You should be able to find a sticker on the underside of the hood that will tell you. It should be R134a.

The relay is in the fuse/relay box under the hood it is relay number 29

Temporarily, get a bungee cord and fasten it. Then take it to a body shop for the repair or replacement of the hood latch mechanism.
The relay/fuse box is on the drivers side inner fender under the hood.
pop the hood and unscrew the plastic caps that hold the bulbs and and replace with new bulbs
If you open the hood, there are 5 small nuts that hold that hood molding in place. simply remove those and you can remove/replace the hood molding.
