Generally speaking, stencil paint is not removed from the walls so much as the walls are prepped and re-painted. A light sanding, to smooth any places where the stencil paint sits proud (appreciably higher than the surface it's on) and to give the surface tooth (something for the primer to hold on to). one coat of a good primer, over the entire wall or well feathered at the edges if the top coat of paint is an exact match. This evens the surface, as well as covers any dark or very bright colours in the stencil from showing through. And one or two coats of paint to match the original wall colour.
If however you are trying to remove a small spot of stencil paint dripped or smeared in the "wrong" place, the sooner you get to it the better chance you will have to remove it completely... Check the container you have been using and follow the manufacturer's directions.

The best stencil materials for spray paint are typically made of durable materials like mylar, acetate, or thick cardstock. These materials can withstand the spray paint and allow for clean, crisp lines in your stencil designs.
Stencil painting is when you use a stencil to paint a pattern or picture onto something. The stencil makes it very detailed and exact. This technique is often used on walls. A stencil paint brush is usually round and short and stubby. Mostly you have a stencil shape and instead of the usual brush strokes of painting, you use a short stabbing motion with your brush. If you have a lot of paint on your brush, you make a darker pattern than if you have less on it.

To create a spray paint stencil for your project, you can start by designing your stencil on a piece of sturdy material like cardboard or plastic. Use a craft knife to carefully cut out the design, making sure to leave connecting pieces to maintain the stencil's structure. Once your stencil is ready, place it on your project surface and secure it in place with tape. Then, spray paint over the stencil, making sure to hold the can at a consistent distance and angle for even coverage. Lift the stencil carefully to reveal your design.
