I know it sounds like a silly answer, but if you need to ask how.. your not ready to tackle the task.

To put it into basics

Drain radiator and remove

Remove electrical connections from motor

Remove hoses

Remove exhaust

Remove hood

Remove drive shafts

Support motor with hoist

Remove engine mount bolts

Lift motor and transmission out.

There are differences with every car, but in general you start with being organised. If you intend to put this engine back in the car it's an excellent idea to take a series of photos ( preferably with a digital camera )of the whole operation. This way if you are unsure of how something was arranged you can check it on your computer.

First remove all wiring, starting with the battery. If necessary put labels on parts especially wiring ends. Next remove the fuel lines and make sure exhaust (muffler). Drain and then disconnect the radiator. If the transmission is staying in the car, unbolt it from the engine. Now disconnect engine mounts. Now you may need to remove the hood. I always spray a light coat of primer over the hinges onto the bottom of the hood, this way it's easy to get the hinges in the exact position layer. Now fix the rope or lifting chains firmly to or around the engine. Most engines have at least two lifting lugs . DO NOT lift from any accessories. Have at least 2 or 3 people handy to help with the lift.

Please be careful, engines are heavy.

Quite a big job. Pretty much the same as removing any other engine, but it looks like you have to disconnect the OS driveshaft and the prop then the housing that they connect to.
