Where is the oil filter located on a Hyundai santa fe 3.3L V6 2007 I know it has a drop in filter but is it more difficult than a traditional canister system?

it is located in a canister on the top right side of the engine. remove the plastic engine cover on the top of the engine and you will see it. The cover is held on by two screws and four acorn nuts.

It is located on the front of the engine and is accessed through an access plate in the splash shield on the underside of the car just behind the bumper. If you look you will see this marked in raised letter on the access cover. By the way the oil drain plug is located under another access cover in the same plastic splash shield as the is oil filter canister.
