If it is a automatic transmission there is no starter relay but, an ignition relay instead. If it is manual the starter relay is located under the hood at the fuse box on the left (drivers) side.

In my 1997 Hyundayi Accent the relay compartment box is located behind the little stoarge compartment in the dashboard on the left side of the steering wheel. The compartment also houses the dimmer for the instrument panel. One has to remove the compartment (easy, it just snaps out), the panel is located right behind the opening.

it is a fuse that protects the ignition relay from too much current. a bad fuse would cause a no start, and if you pull the fuse, its center core will be burnt out if it is bad.

The starter relay aka the starter solenoid is located under the hood by the starter.... the Ignition relay is located under the driverside dash behind the fuse panel.
The fuel pump relay allows the pump to be turned on and off. On a 1995 Hyundai Elantra the fuel pump relay is located under the dash. There is a plastic module that is connected to the top of the ECM, on which you will find the fuel pump relay.
The Hyundai Santa Fe horn relay is located underneath the hood in the exterior fuse box. The horn relay can be purchased at any auto parts store.

According to my manuel there is no relay as such but in the engine compartment relay box. They're to 10 amp fuses one is hor the horn page 6-45 of the Chilton Hyundai repair manual #32102
A fuel pump relay switch is an electric switch which activates the fuel pump when the engine is cranked and when the engine is running. The switch is located under the dashboard near the steering column on the 2001 Hyundai xg300.
i have looked at the schematics and i cannot find a headlamp relay, it is either straight wired or using either the ignition or accessory relay.
