I have pulled Clubs off steering wheels by pulling straight back on the Club in the middle, if you are strong enough it will bend and then break, you could also use a pry bend it or a sawzall or hack saw to cut it , good luck

Hopefully I am not helping you steal a trooper. It is fairly simple to bypass your key. You will need to remove your center cover from the steering wheel (pry's off of mine). You will see a wire in there with a disconnect plug, disconnect that. Remove the upper and lower covers on the steering column. If you have airbags, ensure you disable them. (Disconnect negative battery terminal and wait 30 minutes). Remove the two screws adjacent to the hole for the key. Remove the bolt for the steering wheel. (Make sure you mark the steering shaft and steering wheel so they go back on the same way). Wiggle the steering wheel off or use a steering wheel removal tool. Remove the pin holding the cable on the right side of the steering wheel, then remove the three bolts holding the assembly to the column. Last thing to do is remove the snap ring holding the lock cyl. assembly to the column. Slide it off. You can use a flat head screwdriver to start the vehicle. You will be able to start it without a key and put it into drive, reverse, etc. Hope this helps. I did it on mine tonight (lost my only key, awaiting new set) and it took me about 30 minutes.

Just have the one wheel rebalanced, the others are still balanced. No alignment necessary.

On the steering column, remove the plastic covers that are directly behind the steering wheel. If you have the adjustable column, this will be easier, and is usually done by removing several screws from the bottom and separating the two halves. Be careful at this point to not damage turn signal arm on left, or wiper arm if on the right as some cars have. Once the covers are removed, locate the ignition switch on the right side of the column, get to where you can look under it and locate a detent hole that house a spring located pin. use something small enough to insert and long enough to push back on the spring load detent. NOT HARD You should be able to remove the ignition tumbler as a whole. Recommend that you take this to the lock smith to have the key made. i do this for vehicle i acquire at auctions that have no keys and usually can get 2 made for less than $10.00. If your still not for sure, best have the locksmith come to you. Still alot cheaper than re-keying because most car keys not only engage the ignition, but also the doors and the trunk. You decide your best path. THX

First you will need to disable your airbag system. After that is done, remove the airbag by removing the bolts behind the steering wheel. You will be able to remove the airbag system from the front of the steering wheel at that point. Then with a steering wheel puller you can remove the steering wheel itself. Once the wheel is removed you will need to remove the clip at the base of the center bolt in which you removed the steering wheel. We found that this was easiest to do by pushing between the clip on one end with a scribe and working your way behind it with a small screwdriver to remove it from the slot. Once you get that removed the plate behind it and a few other misc. but very important items will slide right off. Then you will remove the screw to the turn signal and the remaining screws holding the white and yellow plastic pieces to the back. Once you are done remove the screw to the hazard button on the lower right hand side of the column and make sure that the spring does not pop out and get lost. Finally you can pull the white and yellow plasic piece forward a little to unscrew the ignition. Be careful not to pull any wires! From this point by looking at the new switch you can remove the old one, as once disconnected it will slide right out. Remember to have some mechanical wire to pull through with the old switch's wire so you can feed the new one through. A little bit of electrical tape around the wire and connector will make it pull through the column easier.
