Im going to assume that you are talking about a solid fuel line, the repair for the other is pretty obvious. Purchase a crimping and flaring tool and two female threaded flare connectors and one male union. Cut the fuel line at the crimp keeping the most good line as possible, slide the female connector on ( threads toward cut) and flare the tubing. Do this to the other side and thread both sides on to the union. DONE! If the pinch is bigger than the union will gap then it may be necessary to use a piece of tubing in the middle and two male flare connectors. Simply putting a piece of flex tubing there will only work in an emergency and will leak. Multiple pinches will need a whole new fuel line as too many repairs will reduce the amount of fuel that the system will push.
The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You may want to go to a car parts store, or book store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
