I have a 1996 pathfinder and the exhaust manifold on the left side of my car cracked completely in half. My father is pretty handy with cars but this project was almost too much for him. It was extremely difficult for him to get to the manifold and get the bolts out because everything is really close under the hood and there is not alot of room to work especially if you do not have the right tools. I'm not sure if everything is the same in a 95 but the manifold on the left side is almost impossible to get to unless you have the right tools.
Headers are aftermarket replacements for the exaust manifolds. They are the parts bolted directly to the heads on the sides of the motor. They channel the exaust from each cylinder down to the exaust pipes.
Most likely the bulb is replaced from the rear by twisting the socket out of the housing.
if it is just a blown exhaust manifold gasket it can ruin your valves, so replace it correctly and make sure everything is clean before putting on the new gasket
It varies.. At a dealership $900 - 1200 Non-dealership: I have seen it quoted for $750
It cn be the switch, bulbs or wiring. I suggest if you intend to work on your car to get a shop manal on it from AUTOBOOKSONLINE.COM for about $20
Either weld or replace.
