Saturns have a design defect, and the piston rings are part of a complete engine overhaul. $$$$$ You'll want to flush out the carbon that builds on the piston rings, that causes it to consume oil... remove the two bolts holding it in. Push in and turn it 1/4 turn counter clockwise. Pull it out being careful not to drop the rod down inside the bell housing
