I recommend you get a service manual; the one the dealer techs use not Chilton, etc.. Ebay usually have these for the specific year. If you are going to do any work on your car you will need the service manual. The head can be removed after you remove the intake and exhaust manifolds, valve cover, head bolts (the 16v engine requires some of the rocker arms be removed to get to the head bolts). The service manual will give a step by step procedure.
Overheating will blow the head gasket and/or warp the cylinder head. In the worst scenario, the cylinder head probably cracked and allowing water to get into the piston(s) which is probably why the vehicle won't start. If you are going to do the work yourself, be sure and take the cylinder head to a machine shop and have it pressure tested for leaks and also have it resurfaced.
It depends on if it is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder. If you do the leg work to remove the head(s) and take them to an engine shop it should be no more than $250 per head. I just had my 4 cylinder done for $215. Expect to pay much more if you cannot remove and re-install the head yourself. $65+ an hour for a mechanic to remove and install the heads.
i dont know about a diagram except if you have a chilton book on the car. but you should have a thermostat in the front housing, whear the top radiator hose meats the head, just take the tow bolts out-it should be in thear. you should also hav one on the back of the head whear the lower radiator hose meats the head.
Simple answer is yes. The water pump is driven by the timing belt. P.S if you are not sure on how to do this job then pay a reputable workshop. You can bend cylinder head valves if you replace the timing belt incorrectly and then you are talking thousands to repair your car! Steve:-)
If you have a 4-cylinder, about 20 minutes. 90 minutes if you have the V6.
i read seven hours

Under the cylinder head. you have to take the head off to find it.
yes the 94 tracker hardtop will fit the 93 tracker, they are interchangeable from 1989 to 1998 you also can put a hardtop on a tracker that has a soft top(take soft top off first)

It depends on the type of motorcycle. Dirt bike, cruiser, sportbike? 2-stroke or 4-stroke? theres only one way to take off the cylinder head....you can take off the cylinder and the head together but it wou be much easier taking off the head first
take out the cylinder head bolts
take your cylinder head off and change it.it is usually easyer to change the head
No, you do not have to .....
5 minutes :>
A cylinder head isn't too hard to replace actually, just take off the hood and remove the smoke gasket and clean out the pipes, reach in and pull on the magic lever to open the Nether Portal, enter there and fight Satan to the death in a gory battle, succeed and God will take your cylinder head and replace it, simple!
Depends on how fast you are driving your tracker
