I have been researching this very topic. There are many people asking the same thing about this machine. How do you thread the needle? I have no idea. From what I hear, since there is not bobbin, the sewing just comes out of the fabric when pulled. If you find the info, please contact me at dorothyprudiefabrics @ Yahoo.com
