When you first spawn a camera, you'll see a keypad next to it. Click on one of those and it should turn blue. Lets say you chose the number 5. After you spawn the camera and you press number 5 on the keypad, you will be looking through the camera you spawned.

You need to download Gmod 9.0.4c when you start there will be 3 choose unmark the Gmod 9.0.4b and your set to go and play gmod 9 online.
