Wrap ice cubes or an ice pack in a piece of cloth, hold it to your ear for 5 minutes and remove. Gently poke your ear after a few seconds, and see if you can feel your nail. If you can, reapply the ice package for a further 2 minutes and check again. Once it is done, leave your ear alone.

Conch Pierced So I just got my conch pierced and I was wondering how long the burning sensation would last And how long it would take until I can sleep on my ear again?

Every person's body is different and requires different healing times. If you just got your conch pierced, the burning sensation will last until the swelling in the area has reduced enough to allow you to lie comfortably on that ear.

How do you thicken a thin stretched ear lobe?

Depends how big your ears are stretched at dude, but if you take out your plugs/tunnels every night and rub vitamin e oil / biooil/ jojoba oil on it this allows the ear to relax and the blood to flow freely. They'l thicken up after a while of doing this. Another way to thicken them up is to downsize and restretch, downsize and restretch and so on. By doing this your allowing the molecules (i forget the scientific name of them =P) in your ear to heal and by downsizing and restretching you are eventually going to increase the number of said molecules eventually resulting in a thick ear. Its a long process but its better than having a snapped / torn stretched ear ! (:
