Online companies will charge approximately 9 cents per photo, not including shipping, while places such as Target or Walmart charge around 12 cents per photo. Local drugstores charge around the same price as target or Walmart depending on the number of prints and how quickly you want them.
Your image is proportioned 4:3. You can print it at 8" x 6" and then crop it to 7" x 5" but that is as close as you can get without distorting the image or matting the photo. Alternately you could just take it to a frame shop and they will frame it at whatever size it is but that would cost more than an off-the-shelf frame. They could also mat the print for you i.e. you could give them an 8" x 6" image and they put it in a 10" x 8" frame and put a 1" white mat around the image. You could mat the photo yourself if you are good with crafts.
there are 5 oceans
Five is originally a number. But "5" could be 5 apples, 5 cars, 5 songs, etc. There are many different things that 5 could be of.

No, I did a science project, I got many fingerprints. A lot of them were the same but not all. Some had crazy prints! I had 25 prints and about 5 had different prints

Mathematically, 6.4 if there are no borders. Practically, no more than 5.
5 million
Yes, they certainly can. It depends on how large a print you want to make, the quality of the lens used and the physical size of the sensor. Any one meg camera could make great 4x6 or 5x7 prints. In fact, many could make great 8x10 prints. The quality of the lens is, of course, a factor in ANY photographic discusssion. The size of the sensor is important because this determines the actual size of the individual receptor sites on the sensor. This is why a professional DSLR with a 24x36mm sensor and 10 million pixels produces a much better image than a camera phone witha 1/8 inch sensor and claiming 10 meg. So, the question really is, which 5 megapixel camera are you asking about?
