Yes you can, if you want to endure more pain than is necessary...You are much better off just relaxing and let it happen... Remember Life is Pain, a tattoo is only a tattoo.. Hope this helps......
it would depend if the tattoo is large you would need alot of ink if its small you would only need a lilttle bit
Yes, you can get a tattoo practicaly any where but it will hurt more if there is not much skin or muscle.
Only the person wearing the tattoo can tell you what it means.

A great deal of risk!, you should only ever get a tattoo from a trained professional.
Only slightly higher than a conventional tattoo, as the ink is just a bit more expensive.
Tattoo removal cream does really remove tattoos. But beware which one you choose. Some only remove colors, while others aim to remove the full tattoo.
"Tattoo removal creams can only do so much, the most they can do is fade the tattoo to make it less visible. If you are looking for a permanent tattoo removal then contact your dermatologist."I'd say no. It'd probably just fade the tattoo at the most.
because a sun tan only effects the outer surface of the skin. a tattoo is much deeper down so the ink remains in the skin for a much longer period longer, given enoughf time a tattoo will fade as well.
that really depends on the size of the tattoo. it can take from 45 minutes for one the approximate size of 3 inches x 2 inches to up to 3 hours for a full back one...This is only approximate using my tattoo experience as a rule. You will need to find the one you want and take it to a tattoist who will give you an approximate time allowance for the tattoo, they wont give you an exact time as there are a lot of variables...good luck
Only a few inches.
