The abstract noun form for the adjective permanent is permanence. The word permanent is also a concrete noun as a word for a long-lasting hair style achieved by chemical applications which straighten, curl, or wave the hair, and the a kit of chemicals used to apply to the hair.
She dyed her hair pink after she shaved her head. Then blonde, then blue, then green, then blonde ends. And she just recently dyed her hair green for a cool mom transformation
Not necessarily, because it is washable. If you color it into your scalp then it is bad, but if it's in your hair for a day or two it won't really do any harm. Usually washable markers and highlighters you can run your fingers through your hair (if you got it in your hair or if you are just coloring your hair for fun) and the marker will come out. Unless you let it dry, then you have to shampoo and condition it out. --- Being washable means nothing, this person probably does not know the ingredients used , they are toxic. I got hives and got sick so did my friend
If she has dark hair, its ChloeIf shes blonde, its Elana
Hair spray contains alcohol, which helps to break down the pigments in permanent marker ink. When sprayed on a surface with permanent marker, the alcohol in the hair spray helps to lift and dissolve the ink, making it easier to wipe away.
Yes it will due your hair, depending on the color of the marker and of your hair. And also, for it to actually work, i recommand you to have your natural hair color
try spraying hair spray on it and scrubbing.
Only if you used non permanent dye
Use a highlift gold blonde for more yellow tones.

yes it can, if you want blonde hair, you should get it done professionally by a stylist who will use bleach and a toner on your hair.
Try Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Not just for hair... I don't know if this works on leather or not, but I've used hairspray to remove permanent black marker from a crushed velvet sofa. (I wonder if it's the alcohol in it?)
To remove a permanent marker stain from a shirt, try rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer on the stain and then wash the shirt in cold water. You can also try using a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to help lift the stain before washing. It may take a few attempts to completely remove the stain.
Tattoo, job, teeth, hair dye, relationship, marker, housing
no you cant would have to be permanent high lift tint or bleach
I have been able to remove permnanent ink from many surfaces by using hair spray (any brand will do). Spray generously on the area, use a dry cloth to blot away the disolved ink, repeat as often as needed. Rinse area thoroughly after. Be sure to do a small test spot first to insure that the hair spray will not damage the surface. Pick an inconspicuous area for the test site.
